Learn to Swim Level 2 Ages 8-9

Description:
Learn-to-Swim Level 2 is designed for children ages 8–9 and builds on existing water comfort while introducing more independent swimming skills. This level focuses on floating, gliding, basic stroke development, and self-rescue awareness. Swimmers practice fully submerging and holding their breath, performing front and back floats without support, and gliding independently on both front and back. They also learn to combine arm and leg movements, recover to a standing position from floats, and tread water using coordinated actions. In addition, swimmers develop basic water safety skills, including how to recognize and reach safety equipment.
