Preschool Aquatics Level 1 Ages: 3-4

Description:
Designed for children ages 3–4, this program helps young swimmers build confidence and independence in the water while keeping safety and fun at the center of every lesson. Children learn at their own pace as they practice entering and exiting the pool safely, blowing bubbles, floating, gliding, and beginning basic arm and leg movements with instructor support.
The focus is on water adjustment, comfort, and supported movement without a parent in the water. Skills include safe pool entry and exit using steps, side, or ladder; submerging mouth, nose, and eyes; front and back floats; assisted front and back glides; beginner kicking and arm motions; and learning important water safety rules.
