Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee Camp is designed to provide campers with a fun, structured, and active week focused on skill development, teamwork, and confidence-building. Campers will work on the fundamentals of ultimate frisbee — including throwing (backhands and forehands), catching, cutting, and defense — through age-appropriate drills, small-group activities, and supervised gameplay.

To keep campers engaged and excited, we mix things up throughout the week. Along with ultimate-focused activities, campers will also play high-energy movement games and occasional non-frisbee games such as kickball, wiffle ball, dodgeball, and soccer. This variety helps maintain focus, encourages teamwork, and keeps the camp experience fun and balanced.
